Production and Delivery

Production time for each piece is up to three weeks, unless a different time frame is noted on the product page. Shipping time is counted separately from production time.

Please make sure your address and phone number are accurate, so we can coordinate delivery smoothly. We work with external couriers and can't be held responsible for delays on their end.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted. The safest way to return an item is in person, at the studio. If you're returning an item by mail, you're responsible for making sure it arrives safely. If a returned item arrives broken, we won't be able to offer a refund or exchange.

To start a return, email studio@maiyanceramic.com with your order number, item details, and the reason for the return. We'll get back to you within four business days.

Standard items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund (one refund per customer). Sale items can be returned within 7 days for an exchange or store credit, no cash refunds. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, and shipping costs are not included.

Color and Shape

Colors in photos may look slightly different from the actual piece. Our chattering technique creates a unique pattern every time, and as with any handmade object, small variations in shape are part of the process, not a flaw.

Care Instructions

Our pieces are food safe, dishwasher safe, and microwave safe. We recommend avoiding the oven.

Shipping and Customs

Express shipping is available for an additional fee. Customs fees and import duties depend on your country's regulations and vary by destination. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
